EITAN PENNER
Writer, Director
Eitan was born and raised in the arid foothills of the Catalina Mountains. Dearly in his heart he holds memories of the long summer days which define the high desert. He’s chosen to set this latest project back home in Tucson in order to tell a new coming of age story that is more inclusive and realistic to the memories of our childhoods.
FEDERICA SCHIANO LOMORIELLO
Producer
Originally from Italy, Federica was born in New York and grew up mostly in South Florida. As producer for this project, she is excited to explore the universal experience of growing up through the eyes of the main character Maria.
SAM BRANCH
Cinematographer
Sam has past work both as a photographer and cinematographer and she really centers her visuals around the human body, specifically fashion and the feminine. Her and Eitan discussed the ways visually and conceptually in which they could flip the idea of masculinity associated with Westerns on its head with a strong female lead. She's honored to have been recruited to take part in this project and truly believes that the outcome will be touching, original, and visually striking.
JESSICA MUNROE
Associate Producer
Jess, originally from Boston,MA is excited to be working an a project that explores Maria’s coming of age. As an associate producer, she appreciates that even those who consider themselves very different from Maria can still relate to her experiences
